This design features Mediterranean and native Southern Californian planting elements that are inherently low maintenance. The custom designed & built, vertical 2” x 2” slat hardwood fencing and gates, alongside the custom hardwood pergola accentuates this property’s outdoor living. We poured top cast sand finished concrete steppers and pathways to bring a timeless feel and installed aesthetic landscape lighting.
